Outdoor Strength, Mobility & Locomotion

Welcome everybody to our small group training! I’m really looking forward to our sessions.

Take a look at the info below before we begin and please let me know if you have any questions. I'll have a waiver for everyone to sign so come a few minutes early if you can.

What to bring/wear
-Comfortable workout clothes
-Water
-Yoga mat (optional as I have some to share)
-Hat or sunglasses as we're outside
-Comfortable workout shoes or barefoot.

*A note on shoes, if you have any that are "barefoot" or "zero drop" (no elevated heel) and are comfortable for you, bring those. Basically, our training has a lot to do with how our body is aligned, and much of that starts with our foot/ankle angles. I usually work out barefoot but that doesn't mean you have to!

Cancellations

If...
1. I get sick
2. It's "unhealthy" or red level AQI
3. It's not safe to be outside
4. It's pouring rain and slippery.
I'll cancel class and let all of you know via text before class. We will reschedule if class is cancelled and find a time that works for most people.

If you miss a class just talk to me about it and I might be able to squeeze you into another timeslot.
