What time works best for you?

Description:

Come workout with me! Yep, you heard that right. I have a total of 6 spots per training block for small group training sessions where we all move together and support each other. Students will develop strength, flexibility, and control as they push, pull, press, squat, jump and move in playful ways. Each session starts with 1) a guided warm-up, 2) skill practice (where we play with a choreographed sequence of movements), and 3) a full body circuit where exercises are repeated for time. We end with a review and group checkout. This class is accessible to many levels and modifications are given depending on a client's skill and ability level. Safety is my highest priority both in body and mind. This format really allows me to give you individualized coaching on how you want to move in a way that’s best for you. What fuels me is how the group comes together and supports each other.

Training Block Commitment:
The "Training Block" is designed to help students commit to a regular movement practice (because results come from consistency), maintain peer relationships and accountability, and help students progress toward more advanced movement skills. If you cannot make all the sessions, let me know and I might be able to squeeze you into another training session. What's important is you train regularly to develop a habit and learn new fun moves!

What to bring/wear:
-Comfortable workout clothes, layers as we’re outside
-Water
-Yoga mat (optional as I have some to share)
-Hat or sunglasses
-Comfortable workout shoes or barefoot.

*A note on shoes, if you have any that are "barefoot"  or "zero drop" (no elevated heel) and are comfortable for you, bring those. Basically, our training has a lot to do with how our body is aligned, and much of that starts with our foot/ankle angles. I usually work out barefoot but that doesn't mean you have to!

Cancellations:
If...
1. I get sick
2. It's "unhealthy" or red level AQI
3. It's not safe to be outside
4. It's pouring rain and slippery.
I'll cancel class and let all of you know via text before class. We will reschedule if class is cancelled and find a time that works for most people.

Missing a Class:
If you miss a class just talk to me about it and I might be able to squeeze you into another timeslot. 

When a Training Block is Full:
Email me if you see the training block is full because chances are there are other folks interested/available to train other times. I can also put you on a wait list when we hit capacity. The reason I don’t keep adding more people is simple: this is a very hands on small group training environment where I provide lots of movement coaching.
